Richina Lukes is a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse and Board Certified in Aesthetics with more than 16 years of experience as a nurse leader and educator. Richina specializes in the management of hospital emergency rooms, intensive care units, and home care settings. During her fight against breast cancer, she developed a special interest in skincare, as she sought effective skincare treatments and hair removal services for cancer patients and survivors with delicate skin.

Richina, a 10-year breast cancer survivor, has obtained extensive knowledge and many certifications in skincare, hair removal services, hair rejuvenation, and prevention and wellness. She takes great pride in utilizing her knowledge and experience to provide state-of-the-art services at L’Èlite MediSpa to anyone who wants to rejuvenate and unleash their beauty.

Vanessa is an Esthetician that loves to share her extensive knowledge of Esthetics. She is the Esthetics instructor at Western Suffolk BOCES, where she instructs students on the NYS curriculum for esthetics and prepares them for licensing. Her love of teaching and success as an educator has resulted in a 99% pass rate of her students on the New York State esthetic licensing exam. Vanessa has vast experience as an image consultant and makeup artist. She has worked for Shades of NY and provided services for events, such as Cotton Club events featuring Ray Charles, NY Fall Fashion Week, and Gianni Versace events. Ms. Horn has a strong commitment to continuing her professional education and staying current in the ever-changing skin care industry by learning about cutting edge technologies and latest products and esthetic modalities. Vanessa has obtained certifications in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser therapy, acupressure and ear candling. She now teaches advanced classes in microdermabrasion and microneedling to licensed estheticians, spreading her passion and enthusiasm for the profession. She is a member of the Aesthetics International Association and continues to practice her profession outside of the classroom, working at L’Elite Medi Spa. Vanessa is very knowledgeable and loves to educate clients as she provides quality advanced esthetic services at L’Elite MediSpa.

Bryanny has always been fascinated by makeup, but it wasn’t until after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics that she discovered her dream career as an Esthetician. Early in her Esthetics path she realized that this was where wellness meets beauty – her two passions.  Bryanny invests her time into exercising and practicing yoga regularly. She transfers this energy into her career by providing relaxing treatments for her clients and helping them achieve a greater self-confidence. Bryanny is trained and certified in several Advanced Esthetic Treatments such as Micro-needling, Chemical Peels, Laser Genesis, Laser Hair Removal etc. She is also fluent in Spanish!

Lisa Tepfer has been a Nurse Practitioner in women’s health for over 15 years. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and delivers quality patient care. Lisa has experience in the hospital and private practice settings. She has also taught and mentored student nurses at accredited colleges nearby. Lisa is a top-rated provider and always has her patients’ best interests at heart.
