Refunds & Returns Policy

At L’Elite MediSpa, our goal is to provide exceptional care, effective treatments, and high-quality wellness products. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We’ve outlined our Refund and Return Policy below to ensure transparency and fairness in every client interaction.
Service Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and medical nature of our aesthetic and wellness treatments, all service sales are final. This includes but is not limited to all esthetic services including:
- Botox and dermal fillers
- PRP hair restoration
- Laser treatments
- Facials and JetPeels
- IV vitamin infusions
- Ozone therapy
- Bioidentical hormone therapy and peptides
- Body contouring (e.g., Venus Legacy)
Once a treatment is rendered or a package is purchased, it cannot be refunded. However, if you experience any unexpected issues, please reach out to us directly within 7 days of treatment. We will be happy to review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer corrective care at no additional charge.
Prepaid Packages & Deposits
- All prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable.
- In some cases, unused portions of prepaid packages may be applied toward another service or transferred to another client with prior approval.
- Packages must be used within the time frame specified at purchase. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Retail Product Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original packaging and in sellable condition
- Must have been purchased directly from L’Elite MediSpa
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare or injectable products
- Supplements and nutraceuticals (due to safety regulations)
- Promotional or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

- A $50 cancellation fee, or
- Forfeiture of deposit, where applicable
This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect the time of our providers.
