The Science Behind ADK

Osteocalcin is a key protein made in bones that plays a role in breaking down old bone tissue and forming new, healthy bone. Vitamin D3, often called the “sunshine vitamin,” supports osteocalcin production and enhances calcium absorption. However, D3 requires vitamin K2 to function effectively. K2 helps direct calcium into bones while also supporting normal circulation. Vitamin A adds further antioxidant support, contributing to immune health and complementing the functions of D3 and K2.*
